Yet these same changes, according to Corbett, presented the possibility that painting could become a crucial means of mediating the widely decried materialism of industrial society. Designed to stimulate students' interests in all aspects of the visual elements, principles of design, and computer arts to provide a well-balanced discussion of the usual ways.
